By accessing or using Colala Mall, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Colala Mall. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details

  • All activities that occur under your account

Colala Mall reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. Marketplace Role & Responsibility

Colala Mall is a platform that connects buyers and sellers.
We do not own, create, or control the products or services listed by users.

  • Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, quality, pricing, and legality of their listings

  • Buyers are responsible for reviewing product or service details before completing a transaction

Colala Mall is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.

4. Listings & Transactions

Users agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or illegal listings

  • Sell prohibited or restricted items

  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

We reserve the right to remove listings or restrict accounts that violate platform rules or applicable laws.

5. Payments

Payments on Colala Mall are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Colala Mall does not store users’ debit or credit card information.

Transaction fees, if applicable, will be disclosed before payment is completed.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes

  • Harass, scam, or deceive other users

  • Interfere with platform security or functionality

  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity

  • Misuse the Platform

Users may delete their accounts at any time through the app settings.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including logos, text, graphics, and software, belongs to Colala Mall or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant Colala Mall a non-exclusive license to use it for platform operations and promotion.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
Colala Mall makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Availability of listings

  • Quality or suitability of products or services

  • Transaction outcomes between users

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colala Mall shall not be liable for:

  • Losses arising from user transactions

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • User-generated content or conduct

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Colala Mall harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will take effect once posted on the Platform.
